The NJB+ Pageant, formerly known as the Nice Jewish Boy Pageant, was held at Sixth & I on Sunday, Aug. 4. Four competitors vied for the title and the drag artist Vagenesis served as the emcee. The event raised money to benefit the DC Center for the LGBTQ Community. Noah Van Gilder was crowned the winner.

The sixth annual Fredericksburg Pride March was held in downtown Fredericksburg, Va. on Saturday, June 27. Stafford County Board of Supervisors Chair Deuntay Diggs led the march alongside Fredericksburg City Council Member Jannan W. Holmes. The Fredericksburg Pride Festival took place at Riverfront Park after the march. Bree Fram was the featured speaker.
