RuPaul celebrates the holidays with Christmas special
The drag legend spread holiday cheer on LOGO

RuPaul announced a Christmas special, “RuPaul’s Drag Race: Green Screen Christmas”, to air on Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. on LOGO.
The special will kick-off LOGO’s holiday programming “Happy Holigays” that will continue throughout the rest of the year.
According to Entertainment Weekly, “RuPaul’s Drag Race: Green Screen Christmas” will feature performances of Christmas classics and RuPaul’s original music by RuPaul and a slew of celebrities and past “Drag Race” contestants. Guests slated to perform include Latrice Royale, Raja, Laganja Estranja, Alyssa Edwards, Shangela, Big Freedia, Todrick Hall and many more.
Performances of some of the legendary drag performer’s songs from his latest Christmas album “Slay Belles.” Ru will also premier his new music video “Merry Christmas, Mary.” The music video will include 20 past “Drag Race” contestants.
LOGO will also be airing holiday-themed episodes from T.V. shows such as “Will & Grace,” “Roseanne” and “The Golden Girls.” Holiday movies like “Love Actually” and “The Family Stone” will also air.
