    Lynare Robbins is a freelance journalist and human rights activist based in Miami, Florida. She serves on the Board of Directors for Global Ties Miami, a nonprofit partner of the State Department that coordinates international cultural and business exchange programs to promote diplomatic relations. Robbins is a member of the NGO Committee on the U.N. Commission on the Status of Women and holds a certification in diplomacy for the modern world from the University of London. She also holds a B.A. in sociology and an M.A. in human behavior.
