‘Chelsea’ name dropper hits 6th & I
‘Lately’ regular Matthews on new book tour

Comedian Ross Mathews comes to 6th and I Historic Synagogue (600 I St., NW) on Thursday evening at 7 p.m.
The show is part of his book tour, celebrating the release of “Man Up: Tales of My Self Delusional Self-Confidence,” which comes out Tuesday. The book follows his journey from small town life to big city adventures, highlighting all the hilarious and embarrassing moments along the way. The book also includes an introduction by Gwyneth Paltrow and an afterword written by Chelsea Handler. Matthews is also a regular panelist and guest host on E!’s “Chelsea Lately.”

The Wanda Alston Foundation held its Fall Reception at the Penthouse Rooftop at The Wharf on Friday, Sept. 18. Honorees included D.C.
