Gay ensemble plans ‘Prism’ concert

The D.C. Different Drummers is having its annual holiday concert Sunday at 3 p.m. at the auditorium at Columbia Heights Education Campus (3101 16th St., N.W.) with a non-traditional performance planned.

Dubbed “Prism,” this year’s concert will showcase the participating groups D.C. Swing!, the Capitol Pride Symphonic Band and other small ensembles in rotating sets throughout the show with continuous music as one group’s set flows into the next.
