LGBT business conference set for Saturday
The Capital Area Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a one-day business and professional development conference scheduled for Saturday that the group says is geared toward LGBT professionals as well as those who own or are involved in businesses.
The event, Connections 2010, is scheduled to kick-off at 8 a.m. at the Washington Post building at 1150 15th St., N.W.
CAGLCC “has assembled an exciting lineup of engaging speakers, business leaders and vendors to create unique and vigorous programs designed to add value to all LGBT professionals in the D.C. Metropolitan area,” according to a description of the conference on the group’s website.
