New ‘Housewives’ preview features Rehoboth gay bar
Blue Moon, Mona Lotts to appear in Bravo franchise

The Blue Moon’s Mona Lotts is featured in the new preview video for Bravo’s ‘Real Housewives of Potomac.’
Bravo released on Wednesday a preview for its latest installment of the “Real Housewives” franchise, this time set in Potomac, Md. In it, the women of Potomac are shown vacationing in Rehoboth Beach, Del.
In one scene, the women attend a show at the Blue Moon featuring well-known local drag queen Mona Lotts, who jokes that they look like they’re from “Southeast.”
“The Real Housewives of Potomac” premieres Sunday, Jan. 17 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.

Ashley Biden accepts award for Beau Biden at annual Rehoboth fundraiser
The 19th annual Blade Foundation Summer Kickoff Party was held on Friday, May 15 at Diego’s in Rehoboth Beach, Del. An award presentation was held for former Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden. Ashley Biden accepted the award on her brother’s behalf and gave remarks. Other speakers included Delaware state Rep. Claire Snyder-Hall, CAMP Rehoboth Executive Director Dr. Robin Brennan and Washington Blade Editor Kevin Naff. The event was a fundraiser for the Steve Elkins Memorial Fellowship in Journalism.
