Watch: Trixie Mattel, Shangela are drag superheroes in ‘Super Drags’ trailer

Netflix has released the first full trailer for its new original animated series “Super Drags.”

The Brazilian series features the familiar voices of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” alumni Trixie Mattel, Shangela, Willam and Ginger Minj.

“Three queens serve fierce looks and take on evil. Whether they’re facing a shady customer, or outright bigotry, these queens are ready to spread their glitter and twerk away the shade,” reads the YouTube description.

The trailer promises plenty of friendship, haters, romance, lip-syncing and overall “fab-u-lous-ness.”

“Super Drags” premieres on Netflix on Nov. 9.

Rehoboth Mayor-elect Susan Stewart will speak at the Blade Foundation fundraiser on Sept. 12.

The Washington Blade Foundation will host a fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 12 in Rehoboth Beach featuring remarks from Rehoboth’s Mayor-elect Susan Stewart and Delaware state Rep. Claire Snyder-Hall.

The Foundation funds fellowships for aspiring queer journalists and enterprise journalism projects.

The event will be held at a private home in Rehoboth. Tickets are $100 and include open bar from Diego’s, catered appetizers from the Blue Moon, entertainment, guest speakers, and an auction. Tickets are available here.
