Team D.C., a charitable organization established to promote LGBT participation in sports, has its eighth annual Night Out at the Nationals game against the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday night at Nationals Park (1500 South Capitol St. S.E.). The event is considered the largest LGBT night in professional sports, with 3,300 attendees last year.

The Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington will perform the National Anthem at 6 p.m., followed by other pregame ceremonies, and the game will begin at 7:05. Guests can enjoy $5 beers in the Night Out section bar until the first pitch is thrown.

Individual tickets can be purchased in person for $16 at Nellie’s Sports Bar (900 U St. NW), or online starting at $18 on washington.nationals.mlb.com. For more details on the event, visit teamdc.org.
