Team D.C.’s annual event was held at Room and Board
Team D.C., the umbrella organization for LGBT-friendly sports teams and leagues in the D.C. area, held its annual Spring SportsFest at Room & Board on Thursday. DJ Chord provided the music as LGBT-friendly teams signed up new players.

A “No Kings” demonstration was held in Anacostia on Saturday to protest the Trump administration. Speakers at the rally included LGBTQ activist, Rayceen Pendarvis. Following the rally, demonstrators marched across the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge.
