Colton Haynes rescues fan having seizure
‘Arrow’ star helps woman at convention
Colton Haynes rushed to the aid of a fan having a seizure while at a comic convention in Birmingham, England.
Birmingham Mail reports Haynes, 27, was attending the convention to promote CW’s “Arrow” when fan Louise Dempsey, 31, suffered two seizures. Haynes saw the ordeal and rushed to the rescue.
“Colton was behind me and, at one point, he had his arms around me. He was telling me that it was going to be OK, not to cry and not to get upset about it,” Dempsey told Birmingham Mail. “He actually helped me up as well. They took me outside for some air and a guy who was with Colton came outside and helped me.”
Dempsey took to social media to thank Haynes.
“Thank you so much for all of your help when I had a seizure earlier,” Dempsey tweeted. “I’m seriously considering having you added to my tattoos as a thank you.”
“I’m glad you’re OK. Sorry you had to go through that. Sending you a massive hug and well wishes,” Haynes tweeted back.
