Cyndi Lauper brings her “She’s So Unusual” 30th anniversary tour to Washington this week. She’ll be at Warner Theater (513 13th Street, N.W.) Wednesday at 8 p.m.
There are still some tickets available. They range from $33-73. Go here for details.
Lauper has been on this tour most of the year. Expect the long-time LGBT ally to perform her landmark solo debut album from 1983 in its entirety, sprinkled with lengthy stories. The recent Tony winner has been sharing several songs — slightly more in recent shows than those from the spring — from other points in her career for the encore.
Equality Prince William Pride was held at the Harris Pavilion in Manassas, Va. on Saturday, May 16.
